Managing Director
David Rive

After entering the life insurance industry in 1972 and building a successful corporate insurance and group benefits practice in Toronto, David founded CPAS Systems Inc. in 1985.

David has directed CPAS' success throughout its 30-year history with hands-on leadership of everything from the company's strategic vision to its leading-edge software design. The result has been steady growth, profitability and expansion into global markets.

A member of several industry organizations including the International Foundation for Employee Benefits (IFEBP) and the Canadian Pensions and Benefits Institute (CPBI), he is a recognized authority in the field of benefits administration. David is a retired Colonel in the Canadian Armed Forces Supplementary Reserve, and holds a black belt in karate.

Lori Walsh

Lori has held a wide range of product development and client implementation roles since joining CPAS in 1993, including Senior Vice President of Technology and Chief Operating Officer.

Lori leverages her extensive pension experience on the client and developer sides, and her passion for client excellence to provide world-class technology to CPAS clients.

James Higginson-Rollins

A Chartered Accountant by profession, James served as CPAS' Chief Financial Officer before assuming the role of COO in 2015.

Before joining CPAS in 2013, James served as Managing Director at the Albany Medical Clinic, Controller of Adelco Supply Company Inc., Vice-President of Finance for Maves International Software and Senior Treasury Analyst at IBM Canada.

Jeanette Willis

Jeanette has 30 years of experience in pensions and technology, joining CPAS in 1995 from the client side. Jeanette leads all activities that bring CPAS products and services to the organizations requiring the right technology solution.

Director, Product Development
Lorri Davies

With 30 years' of experience in pension administration and systems development, Lorri is conversant with the pension administration systems used today in North America, Europe and Asia.

Lorri's expertise in the financial and actuarial components of client plans is valuable in working with clients in the functional specification development stage, and product set-up for the more complex pension plans.

Vice President, Client Relationship Management
Matt Grenaghan

Matt joined CPAS in 2015 to bring a fresh focus to our client relationships and strategic partnerships. His experience and leadership provides a strong foundation for partnership throughout projects, and ongoing.

Matt brings extensive operations and leadership experience, gained throughout 16 years in the public sector and private sector retirement and health space.

Aamir Mian

Aamir brings nearly 20 years of experience in pension and health benefits, human resource outsourcing, client services delivery and technology to leading CPAS’ Client Relationship Management and Strategic Initiatives.

Since joining CPAS in 2015, Aamir has earned the role of trusted advisor to customers and an extension of their organizations with his customer-centric leadership and operational expertise.
